Receptionist Assistant

We are looking for a dynamic Receptionist Assistant to join our team as a Receptionist Assistant. If you are passionate about hospitality, communication, and coordination, this opportunity is for you! 

Main Responsibilities:

 Welcoming Visitors:
Welcoming customers, partners and visitors with professionalism and friendliness. 

Effectively directing to the appropriate people or departments. 

Communication:
Managing phone calls and redirecting them to the relevant contacts. 

Responding to basic inquiries about the company.
 Coordination of Appointments:
Plan and organize appointments for team members. 

Ensure smooth communication by keeping agendas up to date. 

Mail management:
Receive, sort, and distribute mail and  parcels. 

Monitor mailings and receptions. 

Administrative tasks:

 Perform basic administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the office. 

Maintain order and cleanliness at reception. 

Required skills:

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

Ability to maintain a professional attitude in a dynamic environment. 

Organization and efficient time management. 

Ability and customer-oriented service. 

Mastery in office tools (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, etc.) 

Qualifications and Experience: 

 Bac+2 Diploma in Business Management or Executive Secretariat. 

Previous experience in hospitality or administrative functions would be an asset.
