Account Manager

The account manager is responsible for the development, management and profitability of projects within HARMONY TECHNOLOGY. He/She acts as a link between the company and its customers, while ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with financial objectives

Main Responsibilities:

 
1. Business Development:
  – Identify and prospect new potential customers.
 – Reveal business opportunities in the market.
 – Analyze customer needs and propose adapted solutions.
 – Develop competitive business proposals.
 – Practice commercial and strategic monitoring.
 
2. Project Management:
 – Coordination with the Business Development Manager for the implementation of projects.
 – Coordinate internal and external teams to ensure compliance with deadlines and budgets.
 – Be the primary point of contact for clients during project delivery.
 
3. Customer Relationship:
 – Maintain regular relationships with existing customers.
 – Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
 – Resolve issues and manage potential disputes proactively.
 – Feeding and updating the customer database.
 
4. Financial Monitoring:
 – Develop and monitor project budgets.
 – Ensure business profitability and compliance with set margins.
 – Prepare financial reports and analyze project performance.
 
5. Compliance and Quality:
 – Ensure that projects comply with the regulations and standards in force.
 – Maintain high quality standards in service delivery.
 – Draw up daily activity reports (prospecting and sales).
 
6. Competitive Intelligence:
 – Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities.
 – Propose strategic adjustments according to market developments.

 
 Required Skills

– Minimum Bac+3 in Commerce and Management.
– Minimum 3 years’ experience, preferably in IT and IT solutions)
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 

– Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
– Proficiency in IT and project management tools.
– In-depth knowledge of the company’s sector of activity.
– Results and objectives oriented. 

– Shows initiative and is autonomous
– Ability to establish and maintain interpersonal relationships.
– Rigour and meticulousness.
– Ability to solve problems creatively.
   This position involves regular travel as needed.
