Interview process

1. Interview with a recruiter.

The first step in our process is a conversation with a recruiting team member. They'll ask questions about your past work experience and why you're interested in Harmony Technology , provide an overview of life at Harmony Technology , and answer any other questions.

2. Interview with the team.

Learn more about the team, role, responsibilities, workflow, and growth opportunities. Come prepared to speak about specific projects you have worked on in the past, how you collaborate with others, and your career goals. Depending on the team and role you are interviewing for, you may meet with several teammates and cross-functional partners.

3. Previous work samples and problem-solving.

We like to understand how you collaborate and your problem-solving approach in every interview. For specific roles at Harmony Technology , you'll be asked to complete a project, walk through a case study, or provide a portfolio of your previous work. We use a pair-programming task for engineering roles to evaluate your technical abilities.
