Job Description:
As an IT Business Analyst, you will play a significant role in defining and delivering innovative technological solutions to meet our clients’ business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with business teams to identify, prioritize, and define functional requirements.
- Gather client needs and draft functional specifications.
- Act as a liaison between technical and business teams to ensure a clear understanding of requirements.
- Translate business needs into User Stories and clear acceptance criteria.
- Design test scenarios, write test books, and validate them with business teams.
- Facilitate framing and prioritization workshops with stakeholders.
- Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies (daily meetings, planning, retrospectives, reviews, etc.).
- Contribute to the validation of delivered solutions ensuring they align with the initial needs.
Qualifications of the Ideal Candidate:
- BAC+5 education, typically from an engineering school or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment.
- Excellent communication and writing skills (French and English).
- Outstanding analytical skills.
- Good understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions.
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in work tools (Office Suite, JIRA, etc.).
- Scrum or PO certification would be a plus.
