As a Data/BI Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in constructing, maintaining, and optimizing data solutions to power the organization’s analytical and decision-making capabilities. You will work in close collaboration with other technical and business teams to deliver insights that drive business value.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
Data Integration: Design, develop, and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to gather data from various sources and ensure its accuracy and reliability.
Database Management: Design, construct, install, and maintain large-scale processing systems and other infrastructure. Ensure database performance, security, and availability.
Report and Dashboard Creation: Work with stakeholders to create BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights.
Data Quality: Implement data quality checks and balances, ensuring that data used for analysis is clean and trustworthy.
Collaboration: Liaise with data scientists, analysts, and business units to understand and deliver on data requirements.
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞:
Education and Experience: Bac+5 (or higher) in computer science, data science, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in data engineering or BI roles.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in data warehouse platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
Knowledge of SQL and scripting languages (e.g., Python, R).
Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
Experience with data modeling and database design.
𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and reliability.
Ability to collaborate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.

Experience in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
Knowledge of real-time data processing and streaming (e.g., Kafka, Flink).
Certifications related to databases, BI tools, or cloud platforms.
Proficiency in technical English
